Hey DDFW, sorry you are still feeling rough, hope you feel better soon. xxxx"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Hey everyone, hope you are all well.
I've had a busy few days. Lots of listing, and a few sales.
Little jwil is sleeping REALLY badly at the moment, so I'm absolutely shattered. No idea what's going on.
Lots of news though.
Firstly - my bank complaint was partially upheld! I have been refunded all fees from when I made my last complaint so 2 years worthI've already had the money (£300!) and sent it all straight over to the debts (after buying a christmas present for little jwil).
I decided not to take it any further with the rest of the complaint. When I was speaking to the person on the phone there was no evidence about my multiple requests for information, so I'd have trouble proving anything. I didn't expect anything, so it's been a lovely bonus. :T
I've made a couple of complaints recently. It's not something I do very often, but thought I would. So I have two lots of gift cards coming from two different supermarkets! Only small amounts, but it all helps. One, I bought some very out of date stuff without realising it. The other I'd left something at a store and the staff were very unhelpful.
I then emailed another company simply asking for advice on a product of theirs as I was using it but having problems. They very quickly replied giving me some great advice, and told me they are sending me a voucher to reimburse me for the product I bought, a voucher to try another variation, and a third voucher for the inconvenience! :T :T That was amazing, as it was just a genuine enquiry.
I've been trying to keep up with surveys, but need to do better.
I've got an annoying ebayer complaining about something they bought. However the thing they are complaining about was listed in both the title and description!!

Haven't been on for a few days. Have a poorly little jwil and a poorly DH so have been playing nurse.
It's been a bit hectic to say the least.
Have had some more sales and got a few more bits listed.
Made a couple of payments as well towards my targets.
I've booked my car for service and MOT today to be done on payday. It's the only day I'm likely to be able to afford it
I have car insurance due next month as well, so need to try and find funds for that as well.
Must dig out some more stuff to get on I think.
Hope everyone is well."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
