Just popping in to say I've done another 14 listings today. :T

Moved little jwil into the spare bedroom (part :dance: part ) It will be the first time in nearly 2 years that I don't have my little man beside me. I will be able to get in and out of my side of the bed and will be able to switch a light on if I want one, or make a bit of noise.

I'm tempted to go to bed now to take advantage of it Instead I'll probably be asleep on the sofa in the next 30 minutes :rolleyes:

Did the post office run earlier and the light has gone out on my car :T :T :T When I googled it yesterday, one suggestion was a bit of dirt in the system and a good had rev of the engine might clear it. I tried it and it seems to have worked. Hurrah!

I've just seen the offer for 30% reduction on final value fees for 3 listings today and tomorrow, so I'm going to see if I can find 3 high value lots to list to take full advantage of it.

I know DH has something expensive he wants to list so I'll try and persuade him to get that on as well.

We will be going to the seaside later for a nice walk along the beach. It's a tradition we do here on New Years Day. Hope everyone has a nice day xx
