Thanks elly, sounds like you are doing really well!brizzledfw wrote: »Well done on keeping on and getting OH to do some 'heavy lifting' too...imagine your house feels a lot 'lighter' now?
Have a good week x
Thanks Brizzle. I think it's still in the stages of getting worse rather than better but I'm hoping that the tipping point will come soon!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I've pulled out all the 6-9 months clothes this morning as little miss seems to be starting to outgrow things the little chunk! Going to get them washed and sorted to see if there's anything I don't want to keep.
I've started pulling out some of the 3-6 stuff that I know doesn't really fit any more, so that will be added to the clothing that I still haven't decided what I'm doing with
DH had some more sales last night so a few more bits going today :T
I've prepped a couple more bits for me as well.
I've pretty much finished using up all the toiletries that I have been keeping - things like body lotion etc that I don't tend to use. All those containers have now been recycled, and apart from a couple of lots of bath salts everything has now gone, even the magazine samples! :T I've just got toiletries I actually use now.
I have restarted using cloth nappies again (hadn't got back into it with little miss) as I am fed up with the quantity and weight  of the nappies in our black sacks. I'm also going to have another bash at potty training little jwil from Monday as well.
Better get on!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I've done a fair bit of shuffling around and have managed to get 3 big bags of books onto the bookshelves and off the floor. That's made a nice difference!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
