Ok, we won't go into how he got the car home.

What's the wording of the theft charge? That's important as dishonestly appropriating it suggests there is more to this while taking wihhout owners consent suggests they have no evidence he took it.

The fact that he has insured it (hopefully to the home address, please confirm this) suggests he has not been dishonest in his actions as a police national computer check for insurance will reveal where e vehicle is being kept even if he hasn't registred it in his own name.

Did you get any paperwork?

i dont know, but i'm scared. we didnt do anything bad. we just wanted a car. and the thief was very good. he had the car's documents and 2 keys

Have a look at his charge sheet and insurance documents then report back to us.

i dont know about the theft...
the insurance was on the old address because we changed it fom the old car on the new one.
about the paper work he just have one paper from the night when the police took the car and another when my boyfriend made a complain. on the firs one he is accused and on the other one is victim.
do you know what is the worst thing that could happened to him?

Well the insurance address isn't going to help his case.

Read his charge sheet he got from the police as report back.
