To be fair, I usually avoid silkyuk9's threads, as I find he/she more than annoying. From past experience, he's proven to be a timewaster.
Puts me in mind of the Terry Tibbs character in FoneJacker.
He usually ignores what he is told, but it's clear now that it's because he is too stupid to understand....so he blames the messenger.

As to his card of choice:
    Requirements

Minimum of a 350 Watt power supply.

(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 20 Amps.)
His is rated at 12 Amps.

Total Power Draw : 65 Watts

Did he even need a new card? If so, personally I would have gone with an R7 240 or the card in post #6 instead of the GT 630.
    But hey...

He might not have any problems, but if he does, he'll have an idea as to why....perhaps.

I'm not bothered what you say about me. I'm like Terry Tibbs you are like PC man. evens, however you could have said,

'Did he even need a new card? If so, personally I would have gone with an R7 240'

several posts ago but you did not until a choice was made so you could say your bit, make it look like the choice was wrong and you were right. I'm sorry you think of me as such however please do not reply to anymore of my posts.

Also while I have been a member of MSE I have doen quite a bit of good for people, met some annoying people as you have too but thats life.

Take care, cheers for your input.

As I wrote earlier...."too stupid to understand"
If you don't want to spend the money, then use your DVI port.
Your problem here are your cheap components.
The PSU is rated at 12 Amperes on the important +12 Volt rail. That means that you have 144 Watts to power the major hardware on your system. Let's say that the CPU will draw 60 watts under maximum load and the whole system is grabbing 80 watts. The GPU featured in post #6 may perhaps draw up to 70 watts. Overload.

So, whilst for most it would be the simple task of selecting a card that met the mimimum requirements of the FIFA game, because of your very poor power supply, selecting a card involved more than just linking to a card, especially when you stated no budget and seemed super keen on a card costing £20.

Not all 300w PSU are the same. Yours is a particularly poor example. Your have to be very careful in the selection of a Graphics card. Even down to whether the GT 630 of your choice uses Kepler or Fermi architecture.
So whilst you are sitting around waiting for others to do the work for you, I gave you some pointers, so that you could learn as you went along.

Seems not. Either way, this time I will remember to put you on ignore.

I did not ask for anyone to do the work for me, infact I provided the 'work' all I asked was suggestions to a graphics card. I want to upgrade bits and bobs as I go along, ive updated the memory, the monitor and would be nice to upgrade the card as long it wasnt going to cost me an arm and a leg. I gave all info in 3 screenshots of the internal bits and bats of my pc. Anyone who deals with pc's could look at that info and say. 'This is what you can use at this amount of money' its a simple process to those who want to help and those who want to beat around the bush with 'one liners' that do not help one bit. Im sure you understand the workings of a pc as you throw in techie words constantly so im thinking that by looking at the 3 screenshots you could have simply given an opinion to a new card that would work in my pc and give it something extra, in terms of what I am using now. I'm not a compy techie and never have said so that is why I came here asking for a little bit of input. Indeed when that imput is given I go a little research myself and see what reviews are like for the componants that have been suggested. Indeed I would have bought the 20 quider that was suggested in the first place, but your comment quick as it was made me stop. So infact you saved me wasting 20 quid. But in your reply you could have suggested another card that was in the similar price range or £20 to £50 that is a reasonable price to pay. Obviously I could buy a card for £1000 but am I going to get the usage? I just think you like to play with people, adds to your reply ratio.

You gave little info and a vague guide. Its not so simple as there are many variables.
You said you didn't want to spend £00's. then posted a £20 card.
To me that indicates a very tight budget.

    For me.

    You list what you have.
    What you want to achieve
what you aim/are able to spend

Looking at your posting history. You post a lot of questions. many apparently without making basic efforts to research the subject matter.

I can tell I research quite well, I also ask incase ive forgotten something simple or so obvious that its over looked. Just because I ask a question does not mean im a lazy git who expects others to do a task for me.

I'm sure you are looking through my posts now, so go look how many questions Ive ever asked 'how to cook something' for example. This is my forte so do not ever need to ask this type of question. However im very good to answer this type of question.

Dont know why im arguing as the topic matter has ended. If the suggested card doesnt work on my pc ill sell it on and buy the one Nifty suggested after the fact and give that a try. Simple as, no one has died!
