Give us a screenshot of the graphics page?
What will you want to do with the graphics card in addition to what you currently do?0 -
Well to be honest I cannot play football manager very well as its sluggish (Fifa Manager) but I watch a few videos with my grandson on my monitor now and again. Just baiscally want a better quality picture if a HD graphics card will improve things. I play an online golf game (WGT)

Games like football manager are going to be slowed down more by an older CPU than by a old video card. A newer video card wont make any difference in that particular case.
If you just want better picture quality then just go with todays entry level video cards. You can get an upgrade to what you currently have from £50-£100, which include HDMI out. Something like this;
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1gb-sapphire-radeon-radeon-r7-240-1800mhz-gddr3-gpu-730mhz-boost-780mhz-320-streams-d-sub-dvi-d-hdmi
Most of the newer cards are what we call "dual slot", which basically just means its a fat card (depth-wise) and will take up 2 slots worth of space in your PC. Your current video is integrated into the motherboard so you dont actually have a card.
What you'll need to do is make sure you have room in your PC for a dual slot card.
See picture below, a new dual slot video card will fit in PCIEX16 and it will cover both the X16 (blue) and X1 (white) slots. So you need to check there isnt any cards plugged into there.
