Come on Mayo and co. Give us some positive news about this release. The so called recovery is looking more and more like the false dawn many of us suspected.0 -

Some people aren't muppets who think the only form of wealth is cash in the bank? BTL isn't for me but diversify in other ways. Holding only cash seems like a risky lack of diversification.
In your situation with your alleged cash savings I'd buy with a mortgage. Then you'd have some cash, a property and some debt - much safer way to preserve wealth.0 -

I didn`t mention cash. I may buy with cash in the future, or with a mortgage, but not into the collapse of the biggest property bubble in history, that would be the action of a muppet.0 -

So it is fair enough to ask you about yours. You don't have to give private info away, just stick to percentages, mine are:
2% cash
9.5% DB pension
19% shares
20% home
49.5% investment propertyChuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0
