Hi all received a notice of intended prosecution letter today asking to provide the driver of the car at the time of the alleged offence (speeding). the car is a mobility car, and i can't say for sure who was driving. It was either me or the wife. What will happen in this case that I can't for sure say who was driving. Please help.

Is there no chance of a photo?
I think it should be brought up that you aren't 100% sure and are naming most likely. If they came back with evidence it was the other person it wouldn't be good.
Someone will know the procedure I'm sure, as it can't be that uncommon.0 -
