Can not see the problem the idea is winning against these companies, and /or costing them time and money. OK its interesting to read the actual events from a court hearing, but walking out victorious is all we need to know.
Whatever the reason for the CA do we need to know? We all know these companies have plenty to hide! (if it was them who asked for it of course)0 -

Quite, i get a lot of flak on facebook for the service PTAS provides
Yet some people must be wrong in the head (ie Tony Taylor). Last week i did 300 appeals (by myself) 95% of those were against Parking Eye.
UKPC-UKCPS cancel tickets on first appeal from us all the time. I dont get why someone can begrudge the service we provide. Someone said "why doesn't your company stop charging and campaign against these companies instead"
Do some people not understand how much we are costing these companies and how annoyed they must be getting with us0 -
It would appear once again the Deep that for some obscure reason you cannot bear the thought that details of a court case have not been made public on MSE.
I just do not see why, if the court is open to the public, you should wish to conceal the facts from members
Your continued attacking of those people who spend their time and energy in assisting people with parking charges is quite frankly abhorrent -
Look, if you want to spend your free time helping people avoid the consequences of their own foolishness, that is up to you, as a landowner myself I cannot possibly endorse many of your actions.
Yes, I did comment on Enigma's punctuation, which some may consider a bit below the belt, but if he employs fallacious logic to make his case, he must expect his credibility to be questioned.
As for the parking knowledge contained in his little toe, I challenge your statement. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

I certainly do, but I get very cross when you tell landlords/tenants who are being harassed by PPCs breaching their leasehold rights to appeal to PoPLA.

You may well do but you are barking up the wrong. I will continue to do so and continue to appeal them myself in such a manner.0 -

I think that your statement and post here just sums up perfectly your sympathies with people who are being fleeced by parking companies and your total lack of compassion or care in helping people beat these on a daily basis.
Nor do I have to justify to you any comments I have made.0 -

I do not understand, when you say that you will continue to appeal them yourself, are you talking about invoices for parking in your own space? If so, do you get many, and if so, why do you not take more radical action? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

I concede their rights are being breached.
Which is better, that they use a bespoke for of ADR that costs them nothing but a few minutes time, or they take the PPC and landlord to court, costing them weeks of worry and concern, the potential of retaliatory legal action, and costs in excess of £1000?
I know which I'd advise they try!
If you continue with your negative posturing and attacks on myself and my colleagues integrity, I will start reporting your posts.0 -

As a business we get them every single day, mainly ukpc/ukpcs for those types of tickets0 -

I rarely suggest that a punter takes the PPC to court, rather that they allow the PPC to take them to court.

You are welcome to put your case, but I shall maintain that Iam exercising my right to free speech, and that not everyone sees my posts as negative.
With regard to your accusation that I have questioned anyone's integrity, if you carefully re-read my posts you will see that no such actions have taken place.
Saying that someone employs logical fallacies to promote their argument is not questioning their integrity, but it is questioning the validity of their argument. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
