As a business we get them every single day, mainly ukpc/ukpcs for those types of tickets
If you get any UKPC tickets from HA residents in Branagh Court, Reading, I should be interested. I own a property there and am gathering information to try to get UKPC thrown off the site. The HA have passed the buck to the non HA managing agents with whom I am dealing with the parking problems for the privately owned flats. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Reading is within my BMPA area - I'd be happy to assist you with this matter, notwithstanding my feelings about your postings0 -
Thank you. There is an AGM next month in which it may be discussed. The problem I have is with the HA tenants, to say that they are apathetic is a severe understatement. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Which is better, that they use a bespoke for of ADR that costs them nothing but a few minutes time, or they take the PPC and landlord to court,
I rarely suggest that a punter takes the PPC to court, rather that they allow the PPC to take them to court.
The difficulty being this - most people, when they see court, either think of "Crown Court" as it used to be portrayed on TV, guys in wigs and being sent to prison, or at least think of criminal proceedings.
Of course, the county court is nothing like that, but a litigation virgin has no point of reference. I am of the view that staying away from court is a good thing, whichever side of the case you are on. POPLA allows us to do that, pretty much as a Slam dunk.
Admittedly, if it gets to court, the lease can too, but one case I was involved in, the claimant didn't get what he expected by disclosing the lease for the first time in court.0
