It looks like Vodafone have decided that the forum team is too efficient for the usually abysmal service Vodafone offer.
The contact us link looks like the destination page has been deleted and it now terminate on the Voda homepage. It's probably not worth referring people to it until the forum rep updates why it no longer works.
There is a generic contact us on the Voda website that it might be worth referring the complainers to, and hoping the "WRT135 MSE" in the title still works.

Lee. I don't have a personal email address at Sainsburys, but DO have access to a email address from within my department at Sainsburys... would that do..? With the tales of woes that are on her it seems as thought the shop might not be a good idea! Tracey has an NHS EMAIL ADDRESS would that do?0
