Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I offered to send them the annual usage breakdown, provided by my old supplier, I was more than willing to provide proof.

Not just words, but physical proof on paper. Also, I would have nothing to gain by lying, I am going to get billed for what I use, regardless.
