I could post pictures of some scans! All the Bagots are pregnant. All, bar one, are expecting twins! Sheep get scanned after Christmas. Can't take any more new dog pictures; shutter speed not high enough, and too slow at focussing... he's fast!!!

Anyone got any spare "!"s , as I'll run out soon.

Took advantage of all the high rivers to flood the whole water meadow. It went backwards down the main ditch. Brilliant plan!!! We must have had an earthquake, as it flowed right last time. I guess the wind was in another direction. God knows how we will drain it.

Mind you, I now have a seven acre ice rink ready for Christmas. Here's hoping for a deep freeze.

Sounds good to me, but I'll never get the hens cats and sheep to pose together! In fact I'll be lucky to get the cats to sit that close.....:rotfl:

DD2 was here last Saturday with her ferrets, Alfie (!) and Eddy. I still know they were in the conservatory. :( Next time, they'll be in the barn!

Norra lot going on here: I've been locked in the guest en suite, charged with the task of re-grouting the tiles to freshen it up, but removing the old grout is one of those nightmare jobs made to look easy on You Tube. :o

With impeccable timing, our Freesat recorder thing packed-up just in time for the festive season.:wall:Considering how much dust it's been subjected to and its age, (8yrs) we can't complain, but it would have been nice if it had waited till New Year. Of course the big telly is no use now either, as nothing has a scart these days....:o:whistle:

Reading-up on all this stuff has made me realise just how tech-backward I am. DW keeps saying, "Never mind, the kids will sort it out when they come down!"

They will too. I remember that both of them could load a VHS cassette and work out which way it should be wound at the age of 3. People used to tell us, "They'll put sandwiches in there or mess up the tapes," but they never did.

Chimney sweep came back today as his previous effort had pushed a load of crud into the bird cowl, almost blocking it and rendering the fire potentially lethal. He put some kind of wire thingy like a spider on the end of his poles, shoved it up, attached it to an electric drill and ....promply lost it up there! :rotfl:There then followed an hour or more of retrieval, involving another set of poles and a video camera At least it's all spotlessly clean now. :D

OK I know they don't count, but all I have to hand is the sheep and a peek at our 'secret garden' behind the other garden:

That eucalyptus is coming down soon. Would you believe I grew it from seed after we got here!

Got stuck in Inverness last week cause of ice and snow - OH had to mind the animals so that was hard for him. Pup pup didn't get much walks so he's relived now it's thawed and he can go for runs on the beach again.

Lovely looking dog Dafty - do you find him hard work?

It's cold here but most of the snow has gone - it was quite bad & froze over but has thawed - although it's forecast for more snow next week.

Click on my picture, which gets you to the site I used.
    Click on "Upload"
Navigate to the pic you want on your 'puter and choose how long you want it displayed (I chose 31 days)
Upload the pic to the site.
They then give you a code for forums. Copy it and paste into a post on here.

    Simples. :)
