How to beat All IPC windscreen parking tickets

Then surely this is the Achilles heel. The first time you paid without quibble, the PPCs would then simply make claims against RKs in future??
Its a risk we are prepared to take. I dont think many PPC's will bother risking it to be honest. Also we have a large enough network of service addresses accross the UK and this will grow.0 -
Just to get things straight in my mind, is this how it works?
EnigmaPart1 acts as a serviceable address for drivers. All drivers appeal window invoice prior to day 28 using EP1's address. EP1 then forwards all correspondence to drivers correct address?
Appeal fails and it goes to court, driver does not bother defending and ends up with a CCJ. As there is no previous direct link with driver at that address, the CCJ does not show up on the drivers CRF?
You have got it totally spot on.0 -
This is going to work. It will be made to work. Ok it wont suit every situation. However where we use it will work.0

I will give credit here to UKCPS when they had 6 appeals all at the same time, the didn't lose any. Neither did UKPC and neither did armtrac.
Tickets from all over the country all at the same address. Every appeal dealt with etc0 -

I am with you 100% on this and hope that it has the continued success that early signs indicate.
I am presuming that would it not work if the RK received the NtK and gave the driver's address as the accommodation address and that is why you specifically mention windscreen tickets.
But surely if the driver wrote from that address to the PPC a version of the same "it was me, guv" letter that they would write if they had a windscreen ticket, the situation would be exactly the same, the only difference being that the PPC would have the RK's address, but that they could get anyway in the windscreen ticket scenario.0 -

It would certainly work if the NTK had been given and they are declaring a driver. The letters are just worded slightly differently when this is the case, as they are giving the PPC a serviceable address. Its just aimed at those before NTK's more so.We have tested it to make sure it works fine.
This is what excel/vcs send you when you do an email appeal to them:Please also provide the following information:
1. As applicable, either the driver’s or the keeper’s name (including Title, Forename and Surname) and their full serviceable postal address.
2. If you are appealing on behalf of the driver or the keeper, you must include a written statement signed by the driver or keeper confirming that you are authorised to act on their behalf together with your name and full postal address details.
3. Full details of the reason for your appeal/challenge and mitigating circumstances along with any supporting information/evidence.0 -
This is quite frankly genius!!!
I love it.0 -
How does the driver who gets the windscreen ticket know which address to give when they name the driver and give a serviceable address?
How does the person who lives full time at that address send on the correspondence from the PPC to the receiver of the ticket?
Who pays for the postage in forwarding the correspondence to the driver's real address?
Would it be the case that the driver would need to respond to the PPC and also send a message to the address holder that an appeal had been lodged and pass money to the address holder to cover the costs of forwarding.
Are you asking for people to offer their address to be used?0
