Hi, I have taken this on as my husband is too busy in the evenings to deal with this. I'm coming up to the end of the 35 days now that i have to respond to POPLA
I am awfully confused, i have read through this thread but for the life of me and i have searched i can not find the right template for the response i need to send to POPLA.
Can somebody please post the link here and explain what i am writing that i am appealing against. The letter that we received looks like jargon to me. I'm sorry i might just be having a blonde day ( no offence to blondes)
