    OPC aren't 'normal'!

But as long as they sent you a POPLA code, of course go ahead and stuff them by adapting one of the examples to suit (the links in 'How to win at POPLA' in the Newbies thread post #3).

the other thing is that me and my wife only popped into a friends to take my little one for a wee and it says on the sign 'visitor hours restricted to fours hours on site' but we got done for not having a valid permit when they don't supply visitor permits?

They only need to put a period of observation, not the whole period you were there.

But you MUST stop referring to what happened and instead read the NEWBIES sticky thread and win on the "technicalities" rather than the events of the day.

The POPLA code is a 10 digit code that your need to be able to appeal further. Do your have this? If not you need to pursue OPC and say you have nothing further to add to appeal and they should send you the means to Appel to POPLA.,

If otut have it, then go to post 3 of newbie thread and draft an apeak and out it on here.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.

I have a 10 digit code called a verification code on a separate piece of paper with a date that the 'operator hereby certifies that rejection notice and this form sent to appellant on'

There is no other 10 digit number anywhere in the paperwork

Forget all of that - none of it is relevant for POPLA. Start again and open your mind to the winning contract law points in our template letters which have won at POPLA every single time for 18 months and show no signs of being beaten (certainly not by Douglas Harris, the ex-clamper lump in the Newspaper article!)

Show us your draft POPLA appeal, which you can create by reading a few examples of windscreen ticket cases in the 'How to win at POPLA' link I mentioned already. Change the name to 'OPC' every time and adapt wording to suit i.e. if you are reading an example which talks about not being able to see signs in the dark then lose those few words from the unclear signage point, if your case was in daylight. And so on, soon you will have a draft to show us and we'll help perfect it to a winner.

Did you wait for a Notice to Keeper to arrive in the post first, before you appealed? If so, can we see both sides of it please with all dates & details visible, all small print, just not your name/address/car reg & PCN number.

CHANGE THE 'HTTP' TO 'HXXP' OR YOU CAN'T POST A URL LINK AS A NEWBIE.

    PCN on the windscreen:

Where's the NTK then; the postal notice you waited a month or two for, before appealing? Or did you actually appeal to that windscreen PCN and never got a NTK?
