Everyone has that choice. Why should the people who make sacrifices be penalised for that?

People should be rewarded for making the right decisions - such as investing in their pensions - rather than the wrong ones, like relying on benefits.

If before that is made legally explicit, then of course the decent should be allowed to take advantage of loopholes to level the playing field.

We need people doing the low paid jobs, such as working in a shop. Why should they be penalised for that?

They won't be being penalised - they just won't be treated far more favourably.

Removal of an unfair privilege doesn't mean the previously privileged will suddenly be penalised.
  • Kids - going to Uni is about learning to look after yourself
I will never forgive Nick Clegg and the LibDems for their outright lie pre-election that they would stop all tuition fees and under them they're now the most expensive in europe £9K - disgusting. It was the first time I've voted for them and the last. I will never vote LD again, bunch of liars. Though cons and labour are both corrupt to the core - so I'm up the creek as to who to vote for now and I will never vote UKIP as their horrible leader will bring back hunting which I am very, very against.
