    Hello diary :)
Well I've made another booboo. Someone else wants money!
I hadn't realised driving lessons needed to be paid for on Monday (not for me!) so that's another hundred quid I need to find from nowhere.
I may have been a bit naughty today and spent a fiver on gift wrap, crackers and cards for next year. I know we don't need them now but I always buy them in the sales to save money before next Christmas. Don't think DH was impressed! :o
I'm trying to be better with money but it's not working too well :o

    Evening diary.
One of the kids needed a haircut (was long overdue) so yet more money had to be found today :(
Still not gone into the overdraft yet, feel like a duck on a lake, calm up top but frantically treading water underneath.
I will be so glad when pay day rolls around at the end of the month!
Counting down the days until my holiday off work, it starts on Monday :j woohoo!

Well I've managed to pull and push money around so have got the driving lessons covered and about £50 in the bank to last us to pay day :)
I will use that overdraft when hell freezes over :rotfl:
One of the kids was off school sick today so had a day stuck at home off work.
Peaceful house here as everyone is in bed, I better go the same way :)
    Night!

Well we have £3 odd in the bank now.
Next money comes in Friday and nothing is showing as pending from the bank at the moment.
Got £40 or so in my wallet though for any bits I've forgotten.
Still keeping up with my savings jar challenge, 3 weeks down, 49 to go :D
Housework day again today, my kitchen looks a lot better after yesterday :)

Getting itchy feet in this house. Parking has suddenly become a nightmare so I've started looking and dreaming of moving again (if only my dream house was affordable!)

Abba - wow, how organised are you!
I've been working on my self assessment since October, just need a good hard shove to submit it.
It's been a fair few years since I last did one. It ain't half changed!

All done and submitted, looks like I could be due a small refund if I've read the screen right :j

Submitted my request for a refund from the tax man :)
No idea how long that takes to come to my bank but it's £50 extra when it makes it there :j
Payday is just around the corner, woohoo!
Debating booking a holiday for us all to Disney Paris in 2019. It's £3k if we book it now so not sure whether to or not. Includes transport, hotel, tickets and half board.
Kids really want to go and OH says we deserve a good holiday (this is in school holiday time). Really tempted to boook it, just not sure we can justify the cost :(
Debt busting and bill paying really gets you down if you have nothing to look forward to.
