Morning diary
Sent that £100 to the credit card this morning :j woohoo!
Took the kids out yesterday, cost me nearly £50 for an hour  but they had a lot of fun (and we haven't been or are going anywhere for the last weeks of the school holiday)
Got a whopping £60 to get us through to payday now, so may end up having to use one of the credit cards briefly until paydaybooooo!

I may have paid slightly more off the credit card than I should have done(had a small amount of money come in last week) so it may be beans on toast for dinner for the next month :rotfl:

Good morning diary
Feeling much more positive today
Over the last few weeks I've made a few payments to the credit card, so managed to bring that down quite a bit.
Logged on to all my accounts last night and worked out that although we now owe £2,500 on the credit card we have nearly £4,000 in savings in various forms (ISA, savings account and also the Christmas money in PayPal)
So it may look bleak for this month as to how much of DH wages we have left to get us through but on paper it's looking much healthier. At least we now have more savings than we have outstanding on that awful card (which is still on 0%) :jHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Morning diary.
It's payday :j woohoo!
CC1 £0
CC2 £2,500
Total amount owed £2,500
I don't expect September to be a big month for bringing the total down as we've thrown loads at it this month, there may not be a lot left for next month
September is always an expensive month as we get back into the school routine. Doesn't usually take long for the letters asking for money to come home.

Only got a couple of hundred quid left in the bank at the moment
Got some money coming in mid month but most of that will probably go on childcare fees.
Really want to find some extra cash to batter this credit card down, just not feeling very optimistic this month
More beans on toast for dinner again soon then!Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

On the plus side I haven't got any spending logged on the credit card yetHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Morning diary.
Hey Abba  thanx for stopping by
Well Tuesday is only a few days away now
I like weekends as I know nothing random will suddenly appear on the bank account. Nothing is showing as pending for Monday either so I should be able to get to Tuesday without dipping into the o/d
I get a couple of hundred on Tuesday and then the next day to get to is the weekend of the 24th as should be getting some money then.
Would still love to be able to pay some more off the credit card by the end of the month but still don't feel it's going to happen
On the more positive side I've won £100 of shopping vouchers in a competition :j just waiting to see where and what I can spend them on.
I love free moneyHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Credit card is creeping back up againover £90 on there at the moment (£20 of it is shopping for Mum though which she's paid me the cash for already)
Got £73 in the bank (including the £20 from Mum) so it almost balances itself out.
Need to write up a new SOA as I had a look back and I think it has my old wages on it. Might make a start on it before I go bed. Hoping it shows we have lots spare for debt bustingHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
