    Hola Beauty Queens

I'm in again this month, thank you to the thread-starters and all participants too, you're such a lovely bunch :)

I have updated my numbers and have UU exactly 150 products in exactly nine months. If only I hadn't had almost 100 INs I'd be virtually running on empty!

I have ordered a Birchbox for this month, in the hope of receiving a Beauty Blender -- there was a £5 off offer on Facebook so it's cost me £7.95 inc delivery. Regardless of the contents, I'll be cancelling as soon as the parcel arrives -- although by the sounds of things, ruby, I could be in for quite a wait

I *might* need to pop to Boots for some bits in the next fortnight as we are off to Dubai at the end of the month :j DH will certainly need extra shave gel, deo and shower gel to pack, and I want to pick up an SPF50 for my face, if Devon sunshine brought up dark pigmentation despite SPF30, then it's time to break out the big guns. And likely, the big spots :(

I think I might start gathering my toiletries together this weekend actually, partly so I can write a detailed list of anything I may need, but mainly so I can start to get myself uber excited :D

I'm sure you'll get yours in the next week or so, mine has just wandered off somewhere. Still waiting to hear about where it's actually got to. They're usually pretty quick with their customer service but this time they're being rather slow so I think they're having some problems somewhere in the chain.

As for SPF 50: I can recommend the La Roche Posay Anthelios ones. At the moment I'm using the dry touch gel/cream which applies really well over a facial oil, not so well over a mattifying moisturiser I've found!

    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000

straight away 2 INs to declare postie has just bought me a night cream and a day cream to test

I chuckled when I read this post as it sounded like your postie had knocked on and gone "not getting on with these creams, you want them?"
I was wondering if a group 'Cold Turkey on Boots/Superdrug/supermarket toiletry aisle' might help?? Something like a group commitment not to go in to those places for the month and maybe even arranging for someone else to get any actual needs (i.e. one runs out of shampoo and has nothing in the stockpile that will do).

    Idea?

I'm in. I know that I need cotton wool pads - have run out completely and am stuck at home at the moment so am not using toner (shock, horror). Other than that I can't see that I need anything else (although the LE order will be put in before the end of Oct as the size of the C&P and free body cream are too good to let go) and would be happy to post each day declaring my virtuosity !

I'm in for this month too, hoping to use up at least 10 bottles lurking in my cabinet!

I like the idea of this - pledging a certain number rather than putting together a PP list. I know though that I have a Lavera hand cream in my bag that is feeling light and have two shower gels that a pretty low. I will pledge 10 items too.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

UU my first 2 products (well not first ever obviously, just since I signed up for this!)

First was a Lush Ro's Argan skin conditioner, I've been saving the last little bit for ages, not sure why, it's a silly habit of mine!

The other one was a face moisturiser with bronzing tint. I seem to remember it was quite subtle so hopefully I won't look like I've been tango'd this afternoon.
I also had a generous spray of Virgin Vie skin oil. Only a little bit left to use, and my skin feels lovely. So that will probably be another UU for tomorrow.

Eek! I don't know if I can handle incorporating nail polish into this challenge though, I'm a total polishaholic! I've been trying not to spend money on polish though, I won a few contests and giveaways on instagram recently, so they are keeping my vice going for free!

There are a few of us who don't count nail polish as part of their stash and I'm one of them.

BUT the info on the free Elemis cream with November instyle mag was too tempting....buy it in Tesco for £2.50 instead of £3.99,not sure if it my kind of read as have never heard of most of the celebs in it!

Saw this on fb this morning and probably won't bother. If it had been PCMC of course it would be a different story. Am using Clinique DDML at the mo. Do like this and the one I'm using came in a GWP and is in a tube. I never buy this independently because I prefer LE Skin Repair in a tub. Can get all the product out without bother.
Back in again :D so excited to be in October! Love autumn !

Not sure if anyone is aware of this buy ASDA (at least the one I shop at) have started stocking Real Techniques brushes. They were on offer a couple of weeks ago and Emma picked up a sponge from their range that looked a lot like a Beauty Blender.

    See link http://www.boots.com/en/Real-Techniques-Miracle-Complexion-Sponge_1389470/

Am glad I'm not going to Boots later now as I can't think of anything other than a bottle of Lady Million for Emma (don't want to buy this if she is with me) to spend £50.00 on and get the AP.

Still off work today. Throat is very sore and I've now started coughing which is making my body ache. My friend at work is very understanding thankfully.
