Seriously, go and get a wax! If you're sensitive skinned, look for somewhere that does Lycon hot wax as it's much much nicer than normal strip wax.
I started getting mine done a couple of months back because I was sick of stubble and shaving rash, it's a bit embarrassing to start with but a few minutes in and you're chatting away like you're at the hairdressersRemember, they will do hundreds of bikini lines including the really intimate Hollywood ones where they take EVERYTHING, so don't worry about it!

If you do decide to wax, try not to have it done just before your TOTM most people find it very painful then. It can be a little eye watering at first anyway, but you do get used to it.:)The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

Lyndsydee - I only ever had a wax done once, it was painful but worse than that I had skin that looked like plucked chicken and was actually bleeding, I never had it done again. The results don't last long enough and you have to wait for a certain length of hair to get it done again. I never, ever use a razor as you can get ingrown hairs (this will be what your rash is) I use a cream hair remover specially for that area, it takes 5 minutes and the results are good and you can do it easily and cheaply at home.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Going into Debenhams this weekend has opened the floodgates and I have done some online orders, one with Feelunique, one with Debenhams, one with Fragrance Direct (although most of this was Christmas gifts) and one with Salon Skincare.
VALM - If I remember rightly you have the Smashbox Full Exposure palette, I was looking at this in Boots, do you like it? The matte colours look lovely but I wasn't sure about the shimmers.
No uu to report but I have had to cut open my tube of Superdrug curl cream (this is a gel actually and not a cream) there is a ton left inside though.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

I need to find something to do my bikini line. I have stopped using the razor (Gillette) that I use for my legs and armpits as I just get a red, itchy rash. I am contemplating going for a wax but have never been waxed before and don't know if this is the answer. I have noticed whilst doing my online shopping with Tesco that the Wilkinson Sword Bikini shaver is half price and not sure whether to give it a go as it would work out cheaper than waxing but don't want the same results as using my Gillette.
Can anyone recommend anything?
May seem a bit radical if you've not considered it before but I'm having laser hair removal on that area at the moment (I'm on my 6th treatment of 8) and it's the best thing I've ever done. I used to wax but was painful and results didn't last. I haven't had unwanted hair down there since about the 3rd treatment so I've been more than happy. It's pricey but if you tot up a lifetime of waxing its more than worth the results. I've been going to Sk:n clinics who use a more powerful laser than IPL and they've got 30% off treatments fairly regularly.0 -
Hi everyone!
My bathroom is finally finished and it is a thing of beauty! However, I now have A LOT of storage space and have managed to fill it ALL with my stash - having it all in one place is a real eye-opener (despite my list) and some of the cupboards look like Boots shelves as I have so many of the same thing  so I most definitely will not be buying anything for the rest of the year, and I'm on a real mission to UU as much as I can between now and then.
I have two UUs from this weekend to start me off:
22/262. DKNY MYNY perfume sample - this was quite nice but probably WNB as it didn't bowl me over.
23/263. Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish 50ml - a freebie and WBA as it left my skin feeling very clean, clear and soft. Loved the scent too. I have another two to use, plus a couple of other hot cloth cleansers, so no need to repurchase any time soon.
My stash currently stands at 202 items and I'm really hoping to get this down to 150 by Christmas. Wish me luck!!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
Great news about your bathroom Sundaysgirl, worth the wait:D
Must be lovely (if daunting) to have everything in one place, I have several areas housing stash, but everything of the same type is pretty much together which helps.
I am hoping for 2 or 3 UU's this week, a bit slow because I have been away from home 7 nights and it wasn't practical to take much of the PP stuff with me.
I am being tempted to buy some Paul Mitchell products from Regis, I wouldn't need to use them until after the New Year, but the price is so good it would be equivalent to getting full sizes for try-me sizes, and I am keen to move my haircare to his range as bunny friendly and when I work out the right products for my hair I can buy here in my small town, so would be supporting local business too in the long run:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.
