So glad I checked in and read the thread as your post reminded me I wanted to make an appointment at our local salon for waxing. Got appointment at 10.00am tomorrow so pleased about that.

Also, I have avoided the Clinique bonus time as well. I'm trying not to buy them as there are only two products that we (that's Emma and I) really use which are the Take the Day Off (Emma's fave) and the eye cream. Probably have about one third of the bottle of TTDO and loads of eye cream left. Considering I don't get on with their cleansers, have given away a quarter bottle of toner and like their moisturiser but prefer others there's little point. Don't want any more make up either.

My UUs have really slowed down and the only product that is semi spluttering is a small tube of Lavera hand cream.

Did repaint my nails last night and am wearing OPI You're So Vainilla which surprisingly I am liking a lot. Emma commented that it's very like Don't Pretzel My Buttons so I don't think I'll go out to purchase a full sized when this mini bottle has gone.

I agree! I've been using the creams on my feet too before popping some socks on. I've been using a shower gel I want to get rid of as a bubble bath too


I have two more UU's, well, they're items I've decided to throw away. A cheap aloe vera lip balm as it was making my lips feel a bit tingling and I wasn't keen on that! And also a yellow nail polish that's gone a bit funny and I'm not overly keen on the shade, so I wouldn't use it again anyways.

I have some UUs. I'm not sure where I was up to with my list (still a bit foggy headed...)

Weleda Sea Buckthorn Body Lotion (2 x 20ml samples) - lovely! Would buy in the future once I've used a lot more body lotions up...

Sanctuary Sensuous Body Souffle (50ml) - WBA eventually (as above) as I find the scent really soothing.

Gilchrist & Soames Mineral Bath (40ml) - WNBA. Not special enough and I'm going to phase out bubble baths in favour of homemade bath oils (better for my skin)

Lily-Flame Coffee Galore candle - WMBA. Not as wonderful as the Honey & Vanilla one but I did enjoy it


Some throw aways (I'm trying to declutter, very very slowly )

Miss Manga mascara - I found this clumpy and far too difficult to remove so it's gone. (I have lots of GWP mascaras to UU so don't feel too bad)

Three Maybelline 14 hour Lipsticks The colours were beautiful (Ravishing Rouge, Non Stop Red and Stay With Me Coral) but the formula was far too drying for me. I'm still sad about this but I tried everything to make them work but they felt awful (I bought them after seeing Lisa Eldridge use one in a tutorial and they were on 3-for-2 so I foolishly bought three in one go. I'm glad I don't do things like that anymore...)

Such a slow month but I have a few splutterers in sight. I spent a happy hour swapping my perfumes over (summer ones put away and warm, heavy winters perfumes out again). Not good for my rate of UUs but it makes me feel like I have new scents again! I also swapped over some shower gels and body lotions for the same reason.

LHJ UU - Avon Mango and Ginger 2 in 1 Cleansing and Balancing Shampoo.

WIBA? It's no longer available, a little bit of a shame as it had a lovely scent, one of the nicest I've found in a bargain basement shampoo, though I did find I needed a separate conditioner. It was conditioning enough if you were in a frantic rush and really had no time to use a wash out conditioner, but you couldn't get away with it every time.

It gave a lot of lather with just a little amount and as I only used it three or four times a month it lasted for ages and ages. I have managed to avoid the Avon girls this year, so now have very little left of that make.
