I've been given an iPhone 5s as my Galaxy S3 is knackered..
But how do I get my contacts to the iPhone.
Sim cards are different sizes..
iPhone doesnt use memeory cards..
Can I save them to my laptop then upload/drag them into iphone?

Sim cards have nothing to do with this.
See these recent threads:
From iphone to android app?
Iphone Contacts => SIM card
I guess moving contacts in other direction is pretty much similar.0 -
did you keep all your contacts linked to your gmail account? If so, just add your gmail account onto your iphone0

Keep all your contacts and calendar stored in your gmail account and you'll never have a problem changing phones. If you think its hard going android->iphone, you've not tried iphone->android ...!0 -

Glad I didn't buy one.. I'll keep the S3 in my "just in case" drawer, along with my nokia 3310...
Just waiting for my number to be swapped to the new sim. This should take but a moment..
It's a bit annoying having to tap in your password everytime you want to install an app.0 -
