Yes:

Pasted from an earlier (March) 'mobile' thread -
I STILL have not received the £40 'works' 'bringme' credit from Dial-A-Phone (DAP). Has anyone actually received it?
This is despite emailing and telephoning DAP. Don't get me started on their automated answering service, which seems designed to blatantly keep you on the line as long as possible at 0870 rates.
Also they REALLY do not want to reply to emails. On each occasion I have been sent a standard response after about 3 days, stating that 'in their experience these things are best dealt with on the phone and suggesting that I ring them' (paraphrase). I suspect that they do not even read them - even when I requested that they did NOT just ask me to ring them, I still got EXACTLY the same response.
I am not filled with confidence for when it comes time to redeem my cashback vouchers.
Be warned.0 -

Ok StuSter I understand your frustration but to be balanced:
1) quite a few people have received the £40
2) I for one have always received the £40 from lloyds link
3) lots of people highly recommend them for cashback, I am one of them. They always process very quickly & text you to confirm
4) I agree with the email thing - you have to ring, I bet if you asked the day of the week you'd get the same reply - have to ring to deal with this, lol!0 -

OK, fair point and that puts my mind at rest a bit on the cash back. It would still be a good deal without the £40 (but better with!), but obviously NOT without the cash back.0 -
