Lots of stores have a 28 day returns policy which is usually clear on the receipt and for those stores you don't have any sort of refund rights.
There are a few retailers that will refund or exchange after 28days but only at the current selling price which doesn't help!
I may be wrong but I've never noticed it in Boots but then again never really had need to pay much attention to it as I always wait until the offers come on or buy in the sale anyway.
I'm not interested in Jack Wills but at £65 I knew it wouldn't sell out as was massively overpriced so it just wouldn't have been worth the risk of paying the full price.

50% off sale time soon, yay!

I know some only shop once it gets down to 75% off, but I am happy with the former. I do most of my Birthday present shopping for the year in that sale And maybe a few bits for me too.

Has anyone else who's bought the Jack Wills set got a voucher in the bottom. Collected mine today and no vouchers searched in between the paper as I remember someone else on here said that's where they found one.

I'm awaiting the 50% sale also. At least I know I'll get a lot of the stuff I want in that. I'm happy enough with the 50% too

Yes the 3 sets I ordered arrived this morning and all 3 have the voucher in them

I agree the temptation is not as great as it was a few years back. Still managed to get sucked into a couple though - bought the Sanctuary one as the packaging in this years range is so lovely. In reality though the box isn't actually that practical!


Also got S&G - but think it will be the last time, not had the FCUK one for a few years as they've changed the fragrances over the years and not as nice as they were (in my opinion of course).


I will just wait for the 70% sale now though as nothing I really need that can't wait!
