Can anyone please tell me when Boots started giving 2 separate totals for paying by cash and paying by points?


They appear not to give any discount for paying by points. I was wondering if it is the same instore as well as online? TIA.

My two No7 sets have arrived but one of them didn't have the day and night cream pots. No paperwork and no vouchers either. I only bought online as I knew I wouldn't be near Boots for a few days.

Walked past one in Glasgow today and they had about 50 of these sets piled high.

Will need to get on to Customer Services tomorrow, not looking forward to that!
