It's excellent - not least because the items are packed in 2 separate gift boxes, neither of which shows the contents (that's on a separate removeable plastic outer band). My mum went to Leeds city centre store for the Jack Wills refund.
We bought it in October at full price, so she was miffed that they'd reduced it now.
She had "polite words" with the manager for 20 mins.
He then refunded her the £33 difference.

So annoyed by it all. Boots definitely have the worst customer service I've seen this Christmas, I have had to complain a lot.

Anyhow, they did the refund. So anyone thinking of going, be ready for polite words

No, she was away at the time and never even thought about it before.

Thing is they don't need to do. Things get reduced all the time but companies don't give previous customers a refund of the difference.

If I spend £40 in total would it work? Or do I have to spend £45?
