Hi all, does anyone know what the star gift is from Friday,October 17th.
I'm wondering whether to use my vouchers and get the Joules bag tomorrow or wait for next week?
Thanks in advance.0 -

It doesn't work like this.
What they do is put the values in numerical order and then every 3rd item is free.
So for example if you had products that were £20, £19, £18, £14, £10, £5. You would receive the £18 and £5 item free.
A number of years ago they used to do the cheapest item in the whole transaction but they no longer do this.0 -
Yeah this is how it works now. (As above)
In previous years took me ages to work it out.
So straight forward now0 -

When you take your items to the till, just say you want to pay with your points (or select the ad card option if you're using a self-checkout. And as previously posted, you have to use points for the whole transaction so can't spend more than £11.16. You don't have to use all the points in one transaction though, if that makes sense, i.e. you can just buy something for £5 (500 points) then you'll still have £6.16 on your card.
Thanks.
Will look into spending this then before I forget about it again :cool:0 -

Get another extra spend voucher to use; either via the Boots app or at the instore advantage card machine then you can benefit for both.0 -

Yeah they are replacing them with offers that you add to your card via the app but there are still stores with them, all my locals still have them although there is a message on them stating they will be removed soon.
we also have a couple of acm machines still with ink and paper in them, however when i used one last week, i had only one offer on the screen, whereas on my account online i have 4 or 5.
Its pants because i can't download the Boots advantage app on my phone, so I've no idea what offers I have unless I go online, upload it to my card, and make a note of what it was in the first place.0
