I think as much fun as it would be to send the appeal there really is no point in letting this get to POPLA when the whole thing is nothing to do with my father as its not even his car. Leave this one to the DVLA and legal process I think.

Expect him to receive a County Court Judgment then if you intend to leave it to others.
He is already locked in to a "legal process"

You must send an appeal to PE.

Like I said earlier I'm happy to have a laugh with PE on the original appeal but no one wants this to go on and on. The fact is this has nothing to do with my father other than the fact his number plate has been used/incorrectly identified. He wasnt there and its not his car so this isnt his invoice to pay. I think really we need to know what DVLA say when he reports this to them.

But, this is not a one-off, it happens time and time again, and I suspect that many less worldly-wise than your good-self pay up, the same people who use Wonga as a bank, and buy their furniture at Brighthouse.

Unless someone takes a stand Neimoller applies.

You could name me as the driver of your fathers Vauxhall ASTRA...

I'd then have the fun, especially if its ParkingLie

What hope is there of bringing down this industry if people are not prepared to stand up for that which is right? I despair.
