Look out, everyone, knitwitch and fedupandskint are beating the lot of us! Now, what other competitions could we have? Beer quaffing? Pumpernickel eating? Wurst wanging - like welly wanging, but you throw giant sausages instead..........How about Strictly Come Yodelling? With a bit of thigh slapping thrown in......Caterina could bring her dancing bear and the first one who says "there's Caterina with her bear behind" gets a faceful of sauerkraut.......Igor! Tell the band to keep playing, Hubert's in a mood for dancing .......kerri, are you ever going to spill the beans about exactly how you smuggled that pole-dance pole through Customs? Surely it is classed as an offensive weapon? Where is your pole, anyway?.......Oh-oh, hate to tell you this, kerri , but you know Igor was on about doing a hog roast on a spit? Well let's just say pig fat on a pole dance pole is not a good thing.......One life - your life - live it!0

Evening all! sorry I've not been very chatty this week, felt shattered tbh - anyhooooo....Another spendy day for me...wedding stuff...which is budgeted for...but varies...I feel a cheat not counting them as spends...so I'm not sure what to do as I expect I will be spending a lot of days now until xmas and counting NSD's seems a little unnecessary and unrealistic!! Conflicted!!!!
Personally I wouldn't count wedding stuff as a spend. its a one off out of the ordinary spend for a particular event. I know its a bit different but I don't count xmas gifts - I do look for vouchers / discounts / deals but I'd have to get the gifts at some point.Nargleblast wrote: »Tell the band to keep playing, Hubert's in a mood for dancing .......kerri, are you ever going to spill the beans about exactly how you smuggled that pole-dance pole through Customs? well lets just say I'd promised to do a little show at the Customs Xmas do this year BUT ....IGOR! Get that hog off my pole and get it cleaned THIS INSTANT! How am I EVER supposed to climb it if you've been basting a hog over it, errrr.....and did you know that hog is still grunting and looks most put out about what you were trying to do it it...RUN IGOR RUN!!!!!
No NSD here, well - I'm a bit torn. It wasn't one as I spent on a gift card I'd topped up BUT I had to go elsewhere for some shampoo for OH to get it cheaper - so then had to use actual cash too. Since this was enforced expenditure for him only, I'm a bit loathed to count it as a spend. Thoughts anyone?Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

:hello: Evening all NSDers xxx
(Left again)
Kerri- I don't know really, to me if you are querying it it would be spendy but you may arrange yours differently. Sorry I know that's not much help:o
I am coming in to announce number 11really hoping I can keep this up, cat's jabs next week and a few days off and at home so will really need to watch the electric and know I'll have to get petrol to get to the retreat at the end of the week but am hoping I can keep it all in one day; also got London on Monday. Still, that's not for worrying about tonight
See you all tomorrow

kerri Glad you told Igor to run, it's mating season for hogs and Igor did look rather fetching in his lederhosen.....
Re the unforeseen spend... how about, when you get paid, you draw out some cash for a petty cash float and stuck it in a tin? Then if you have unforseen spends you can use the petty cash and won't need to count it as a spend because it would have been counted on the day you took the cash out of the bank. One life - your life - live it!0 -
Nice numbers, marmite! And still a couple of weeks to go.....One life - your life - live it!0
