Yay great news Butti. :j:j hope it all goes smoothly.Good Evening All,
Unfortunately 'life' has managed to scupper my plans for this month but I still intend to keep on trying. I'm sorry that I haven't checked in for a while, I am currently battling a bout of depression, but I just wanted to wish you all 'Good Luck' this month!

Sorry to hear you're not in a good place right now kxc798. We'll still be right here when you're able and ready to return. Take care.
Well NSD news from me.... I haven't had one for two days.booooo.
Food shopping yesterday, planned and within budget. Small shop for today. Friend came round this afternoon with her newborn. So needed few nibbles. And had run out of carrots. (Due to a boiling dry incident two nights ago.) :mad::eek:
On the upside renewed my insurance today and after calling them to see what deal they could do as they wanted £27 per month, despite only paying £21.50 per month at the mo. They came back and offered me £16.75. I was so chuffed. That's £201 per year compared to the renewal of £327.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -

:hello:Hi there all NSDers xxx
(He was on the right again today)
Not an NSD day for me as I have pre registered myself for an event I'm going to in the summer and wanted to get it done but nothing on top of that so that's all good.
Nearly overslept today :eek: was very close to the time I should have been at work that I got up!!! No time to eat before I came in but no time to go to the shop either, grabbed a bottle of fizzy water on the way out of the house and feel surprisingly full!! Looking forward to breakfast when I get in though
See you all tomorrow, am practicing playing the triangle for if I'm needed.

Learning2Budget wrote: »Hmmmm rethinking my nsd. I don't count direct debits, so i suppose my food shop day, as long as i don't buy random other things that same day is already budgetted for? So on this way of thinking i should have less spendy days.....i tend to think food shop, loss of nsd so I'll buy other stuff that day. So tuesday now becomes a nsd. Nsd 5 and 5 in a row. This may improve my overall budgetting. Same with fuel that is already budgetted for. Aiming not to spend anything today. Had to buy new wellies yesterday so lost my run. But today should be nsd 6. My purse will not be leaving the house when i do! Hope the weather is kind where you are. L2B.x
That sounds like a good plan.Nargleblast wrote: »Ooh what a relief about the band, knitwitch - but we still need to have a stand in band for the next fortnight or so......marmite, your percussion services will be required after all! Igor, get your lederhosen back on, the NSD gang musical ensemble will be performing after all, and there will be much beer quaffing, pretzel munching, sausage chewing and dancing!
Yes, Hubert, you can join in the dancing. Did you by any chance hang out with the Berliner Polizei yesterday? Thought as much.....word of advice, Hubert....- thigh high jackboots look silly on a donkey. Right, where's my euphonium? Ready, gang? First chorus of "Mein host! Der beer is getting hot and there's no wurst in my pumpernickel" ...a-one, two, three......PHhhhhaarrrppppp!
That had me laughing! :rotfl::rotfl:
We have a few new musicians in the band :kathy on triangle and me on the maracas.
Let the music begin! :j:j:j
Not forgetting our Swedish Chef, who has gone all hippy hoppy on us!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
NSD #4 yesterday.
And a bonus day in my book as I found a stray £10 that I presumed we spent during our frivolous night out at the weekend...so today it means it's just an extra £10 on top of budgets....get in!0 -
