Made chicken korma from a recipe found on a website it was lovely, made hairy bikers chilli also yummy and spicy lentil soup recipe from mse - a favourite of mine.
Want to try and do some more crafting but always seems to be household jobs getting in the way.
Had a bit of a shock when I got back from holiday at the end of August. My sf has been diagnosed with secondary cancer in the brain and the lungs. He has just started radiotherapy for pallatitve care. He seems to be coping ok but seems quite tired. I am due to go up in 2 weeks time.
Also gone back to college to continue studying - last 2 years to go.

New to this forum, but lurked for awhile.
Old school money saving for me was selling DVDs via Musicmagpie, but took like over a month from sending them off to getting my measly payment of £16, but every little helps.
Stopped buying DVDs/Blu-rays and resorted to downloading new movies so saving myself a buck there.
Resorted to replaying old videogames than buying new ones and laying off the poker for a bit. I wish I had the skills to be a f/t poker player!0
