we all started together on a Tesco thread. when the thread got so large it went to a new thread as we do now. original thread was Tesco until it got to thread 11 then thread 12 started. but thread 11 went into the gone was it any good section. but we wanted to stay in that bit as it was less visible. so we opened a new thread there and called it 11+ (as 12 was on the grabbit board). so most of our many many threads have 11+ in the title

weve also been known as tramps and trampets :rotfl: but ill let someone else enjoy explaining that one :p

Thanks bubbs, sunshine mummy, nearlysorted and fairclaire.

I've got to have my bladder removed, which is a big old op. Hoping not to be left with a bag, as there is an alternative procedure, but seeing the consultant in a couple of weeks to discuss options.

After a letter from hr yesterday I was a little worried about sick pay, but have been reassured by what you've said. Ideally I want to wait until after daughters GCSEs, as son was doing them this year and it was quite stressful with me not recovering as I should, so probably looking at next summer for the op.

    Hello :hello:
Just quoting myself (slightly amended) as I wondered if anyone could answer my question above in bold and also to say the bathroom cif I posted about yesterday compares in our favour on CC at A £4 Vs S £2 so I think 20p profit per spray.
I have a CC later for the kitchen one but it should be ok as the bathroom one was.

Redrose, I had a cheeky look today in my A, and the bathroom ones are £2. Have you bought these, and did they compare?

Good afternoon everyone. Just been busy in the kitchen. Whilst making a pan of bolognaise for some lasagnes and a pan of chilli I checked the BB dates on the items I was using

    Lasagne sheets - Mar 13
    Tinned tomatoes Sept 13
    Chilli Sauce - Nov 13
    5 Beans Oct 13

The wine I used was the one that glitched in the 3 for £10 - albali - unsure if wine has a date.

The veg was all filler items - red onion, white onion, carrots.

The peppers were woopsied for 5p each.

At least the pork mince was in date.

Is everyone else the same? Do you ever go a day without using out of date ingredients?
