Thanks bubbs, sunshine mummy, nearlysorted and fairclaire.

I've got to have my bladder removed, which is a big old op. Hoping not to be left with a bag, as there is an alternative procedure, but seeing the consultant in a couple of weeks to discuss options.

After a letter from hr yesterday I was a little worried about sick pay, but have been reassured by what you've said. Ideally I want to wait until after daughters GCSEs, as son was doing them this year and it was quite stressful with me not recovering as I should, so probably looking at next summer for the op.

My sister in law had this done, without a bag. She is very obsessed with her looks, and this has not impacted on her even on holiday. She is thoroughly enjoying life to the full xx

Afternoon :) random question, if a recipe calls for a 7" square tin, does that mean the sides are 7" or the diagonal is? Thanks :)

Thanks, I probably should have spread the mix out fully then :o the brownies would've started out at about 1/2" thick though and that seemed wrong
