    Jelly you don't know how much better you have made me feel. :rotfl:

    But I have probably been through 34 bottles of white wine vinegar compared to yours that looks hardly started. :eek:

    I have some 2002 fizz if that helps ;)

    from Safeway ... remember them?

    But it's vinegar, so perfectly safe.

    oh my god jelly :eek: talking of white wine, it is almost legally allowed to buy it's own alcohol :rotfl::rotfl: I've got herbs & spices about 7 years old

    One can but try:)

    I've been through a few as well; I found this at the back of the cupboard during a recent clear-out, so have only just started using it.

    I also had some tinned sweetcorn BB 5/2002, which I used ... and am still hear to write about it:p

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    How do these things manage to find themselves at the back. :rotfl:

    You win I have nothing that can compete with 2002 sweetcorn but watch out Nannylala is on stock control, ;)

    Once we touch something, it is an "appropriation" according to Theft Act law. However, as we intended to be going to buy it at the time we touched it, it is not a dishonest appropriation and therefore does not result in an offence of theft. Fortunate enough really, as we can then change our mind and put it back on the shelf, without leaving the store with it without paying for it, and therefore no offence of theft. So her approach of "you can't do that" appears to me to be wrong, according to Theft Act law. She is - as not ususual for mere mortal shop staff who have no understanding of the factual or legal background - therefore incorrect as a matter of fact and law.:p:rotfl::rotfl: (to her!) Love it when I'm correct yet again:rotfl::rotfl:.

    Douh!! Now why didnt I think of telling her that? :o
