tweets last year i was in the kitchen, turned round and there was a great big fat slug on my cooker!!!:eek:
I screamed at hubby why did you put that there:rotfl: he said i didnt:rotfl: i always lay tea towel over cooker when i have wiped it and there it sat, he got rid of it!

One plus of putting the black plastic down before the awning carpet we had no slugs or mole holes last time we went over. :T

And none in the caravan either. Was really pleased I didn't have to go to toilet with one staring at me. :rotfl:

Aww thankyou that's sweet of you tweets. :A

I wouldn't let you though, it's mostly pretty heavy stuff. Some of it is big and I wouldn't get it in my car anyway. I need a man with a van. :D

I am debating giving OH's mate a ring that helped him over there with it. Trouble is I don't think Mr TS has left room for anything in the garage end as he filled it with stuff that should have gone in his workshop while he painted the floor of that. That at the moment is sitting empty I am sure the floor has "cured" by now. ;)

I am hoping might be bit of sun tomorrow then I can sort the garage end out make a bit of room, I tell you C4 hoarders has nothing on me and Mr TS between us. :o:o:o

Weather is awful here bouncing at the moment :(

    I would help if I could :)

Hope you manage to sort it.

TS can you ring the site owners and ask if they can help out? I hope that any damage isn't too bad

    Bus rant coming up...

I have thought about doing that too, I don't like to bother them though. I might ask them to check on it to put my mind at rest. But then not sure I want to hear bad news. :o

I am talking hypothetical there is no damage I know of yet. :o I was going to drive out to check on it but that long drive I did other day didn't do my back any favours so have not wanted to make it any worse driving out there.

Sorry guys just offloading, I am sure if anything major they would phone I would hope. It is only a small site. ;)

So the bus is pretty full but there is a double seat free so I go I sit on it. I notice that the seat by window is wet because the window above and in front is open and it's just poured down. I offered my seat to a woman and her son and tell them that one of the seats is wet because "some idiot left the window open".

Old woman on the seat in front of me turns round to say that "in fact the seat behind her is wet because the window in front of her is leaking one inside and is getting worse and worse". I reply that no, it is in fact because the window was open during a downpour. She turns away muttering to herself and tutting. She then slammed the window shut.

I would like to point out at this star that I in no way said anything that resembled wanting the window shut.

She got off a couple of stops later telling all and sundry that she was too stressed and blah blah blah.

Guess who the "idiot" who left the window open was :o :rotfl:

Thanks - this is very interesting:), I'm just coming back in from M. It's good how the Elite gets info. from all sources.

On the above, I note that M Carrots pack 1.2Kg at 49p, far betters the 500g Carrots not-so-"Super" 6 offer. On the Parsnips, I must admit you've got me doing some quick weight adjustment calculations. Aldi Parnips 600g at 59p or M Parsnips 500g at 49p?

59p/600*500 = 49.166666...p. Ooooo...so slightly more expensive than M! However, A5da's Parsnips 500g at £1 are likely to compare vs M at 49p for 10% off, so it's they that work out better (particularly if paying by wombles). 4 Onions?? Unless they are absolutely huge onions, it'd seem the Onions pack (1.2Kg) at 69p in M would work out better per unit. Those might well compare from A's Brown Onions 1.1kg with a weight adjustment (increases M's price then 10% off that) - these do appear to be linked on the APG with the M onions pack so will probably work.

More from M soon. Sorry Northern Ireland - probably leaves you shopping in Aldi. Could anything possibly have changed in M?
