    Morning all

    Another rainy one :(

Underperky have a look at the lesion on her lip if you can. Cold sores generally present as a cluster of blisters whereas ulcers just show as one larger one. I've suffered with cold sores for what seems like my entire life :(

I always get mouth ulcers if I (accidentally) eat anything with gluten in. It's one of the symptoms of coeliac disease and wow they can be really painful. :o

I have also read that some people get mouth ulcers if they use toothpaste with sodium lauryl sulfate in? It seems to be in everything?:( I buy Weleda herbal toothpaste to avoid SLS and flouride x

I haven't had chance to catch up so hope everyone is well? x

A few things below from a womble dated 7/10. Seemed cheap for this bread? Not that I eat it though lol! :rotfl:

Hasn't it gone cold now?

I have to be up at 4.30am so bed is calling, nite all xxx

Thought I would share my moneysaving, SLS and flouride free, choice of dental product.

I use clove essential oil. Just a SMEAR, not even a drop, on the bristles before brushing as usual.

The taste is lush in my opinion and it leaves your mouth and teeth feeling cool and clean.

    One 10ml bottle lasts forever.
The sprogs ad Hubster use the usual toothpaste and have to have 6 monthly checkups. Mine are yearly.

Can't get a simpler or cheaper product. :mse:

Had to skip most of yesterday so apologies if these are already posted. Couple of things from MSM:
No multi showing for carver ham so may be £1 dearer than usual for 2 packs.
Tesco dish cloths gone up to 99p so not as cheap as yesterday.

Finally bought a dehumidifier. Love it, had it running for a few hours now and got a few litres of water from it surprised how small and quiet it is.

Is it just for damp issues or for health benefits as well?

(I love trying out gadgets n gizmos that might benefit the family of they are reasonably priced)

    TIA :)
