In weekly MSE email is this

Morrisons launches price match. If your basket's cheaper at Aldi, Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's or Asda you get 10 pts per 1p difference on its new loyalty card, to be redeemed against future shops (5,000pts gets you £5 to spend at Morrisons). The trick is to separate shops into items likely to be cheaper elsewhere to max the discounts. For more, see how to exploit price match policies and new Morrisons Match & More card info (it's in 11 stores now, all main stores by Xmas).

:rotfl: bit about exploiting price match policy's.
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Me I got a nice bonus in January 2013 when my boss retired. Still have some of it left. There is not a lot I need and really only get exited about groceries. Sad I know Clothes and stuff are just necessities.

Ex boss sent a nice fresh meat hamper as a belated present for our anniversary. Several dinners sorted :T

Good evening elite. I am glad you got an inhaler FC I hope your breathing as been better today.

Have you all put your heating on. I am sat here with a very cold nose wondering if I will crack and put it on.

I have resisted turning on the heating, and put on my leccy blanket instead :D

It is the nights I'm finding the worst at the moment.

I think ulcers are caused more by tissue injury, like biting your lip or inside of your cheek.

I always get mouth ulcers if I (accidentally) eat anything with gluten in. It's one of the symptoms of coeliac disease and wow they can be really painful. :o

I have also read that some people get mouth ulcers if they use toothpaste with sodium lauryl sulfate in? It seems to be in everything?:( I buy Weleda herbal toothpaste to avoid SLS and flouride x

I haven't had chance to catch up so hope everyone is well? x

A few things below from a womble dated 7/10. Seemed cheap for this bread? Not that I eat it though lol! :rotfl:

Hasn't it gone cold now?

I have to be up at 4.30am so bed is calling, nite all xxx

Oh how lovely! :) he obviously took time to get to know you well and know what you'd appreciate. You must have a lovely job MrsM, not many employers woukd take note of employees anniversaries :T:T

Much nicer than the meaningless list of birthdays tacked above the kettle in the places I've worked. As well as receiving a re-packaged Chardonnay that you gave someone last year :o :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
