My four:eek: 'apple and grapes' snack packs (as part of 5 for £1.50) haven't appeared, so only gave 5p back.
Only this appeared:
1 x ASDA Simply Snack Grapes (80g)£0.50£0.50
(vs T)
I was hoping that either all five packs appeared, as 4x Apple & Grapes total £2.00 (4x 50p) vs any 4 for £1.50 at T and 1 Grapes 50p vs 50p, or else that it was the other way around and that the 4 Apple & Grapes packs appeared, at full price vs 4 for £1.50, and the plain Grapes were a no-show.
Trouble is I think the plain Grapes are showing straight 50p for T, so I could not have bought four of those vs £1.50 (and one non-appearing Apple & Grapes).
Anyway. The specific version of the Apple & Grapes that I bought (four packs of:eek:) is a trigger - B/C ends 29917 and missing digit.
I am sure there are newbies that can do this better one than me:rotfl:.
I've seen these packs go down to 2p each on whoopsies though so, even if the glitch had gone full, it would still be way too expensive:eek:. As it is, I got stung for £1.45 for 5 packs!:eek::rotfl:
There are a few anomalies I've noticed here - firstly the Apple & Grapes pack is described on msm as "A Simply Snack Apple & Grapes" but shows a picture of A CBY Apple & Grapes. It has no A mbuy on that one (and is showing 4 for £1.50 at T, hence why I wanted that, as a visible trigger though, to mix with another one and miss the mbuy completely - the other one, the Grapes here, showing straight price no mbuy for T).
I'm sure I'm speaking in a complex Asperger equation mode again though:rotfl: - if anyone else can understand the lingo!!:D
On a.com, there is the CBY Apple & Grapes (80g) showing without the mbuy and at straight 50p, which is where msm appears to be getting the absence of the mbuy from. There is also, on a.com, the Simply Snack Apple & Grapes (80g) which show 50p and with the mbuy. Maybe there's two diff. B/Cs kicking about, but the only ones I could find were physically Simply Snack ones and on the B/C number I've given. They are a no-show (:( for my shop).
Trouble is there doesn't appear (newbies can help!) to be any item - to go with just one pack of Simply Snack Apple & Grapes to be an invisible trigger to an mbuy no-show - that compares vs T very well. Perhaps I ask that as a question as I may be missing something or not seeing T pricing on msm.
I think there was the plain Apples, or something, that turned out it was 80g in A and 70g in T, therefore would be an N/A return vs T as outside of weight limit. Then there was the Pineapple which shows T (logged in and out on msm) as OOS at 50p. I could not see - under the brilliant new msm:( - what product that 50p at T related to, what its exact weight was, as msm just doesn't show it anymore, when you put the A product in your basket and then switch to T, it used to show it, sort of greyed out, so you could actually see what the OOS product was. As I therefore could not determine that it was 80g (or 72g to 88g, 10% weight range), I therefore avoided it as wanted a price comparison and not an N/A - I could not be sure that the 50p OOS (whether under 7 days) relates to an item that is within the weight limit. All I could see when I put it into the basket, that it was replacing it with another product at T that is 80g and is £1.00:eek::eek:, not 50p.
Some of the comparable items at T are showing straight 50ps (no good) rather than T's 4 for £1.50. We need all appearing four units to all be on 4 for £1.50 in T and all within weight range from A, and for one Simply Snack Apple & Grapes to cause 4x 50p on the A side (thus £2.00 vs £1.50) - I don't think there is the combinations available to go vs T at 4 for £1.50, unless it is itself some further Apple & Grapes but on a different B/C which I could not see. Problem is, I think, the Simply Snack Apple & Grapes, which are showing on msm, albeit with a picture of CBY, are the only ones showing 4 for £1.50 at T? The ones I bought are triggers and not the ones that appear on msm and with T's mbuy pricing.
I guess I'm asking does anyone know the 'right' combination(s) to buy to give the maximum return? And - I only add this because of my own literalism -:rotfl: if you do know, can you let us know what they are please!0 -

This a picture of the cokes for me on msm at the mo. Dunno how long they've been like that but if they stay like it there is potential to nip in and grab a load for 5p per bottle after apg A v T.
Anyone fancy a dabble??;)0 -

I've said the wrong thing again, I knew it as soon as the words came out but it was too late
Discussing evicting a spider with a work colleague, and if they could survive the shock of going from a warm house to the cold outdoors I said " I was hoping he could find a warm bush" Quick as a flash he replied "yes well we all want that" :rotfl:
It looks like "bush" is another word we can no longer use for its original meaning when referring to an outdoor shrub
Incidentally does anyone know if spiders are ok after being evicted from the house now its getting colder?0 -

Sorry. Told you that Savvy did not see this instore at £12!:rotfl::rotfl: Sorry again(:o:o).
...Maybe the £12 is a store-specific offer, seen only by the one person on hotukdeals, maybe not as you'll probably tell me you've all seen it in your Ms, or instead perhaps the £12 seen by the hotdeals person was their own M store being premature about the offer in M - perhaps this is another weekend-only thing (possibly the weekend to come) and missed again by the APG if this only goes on offer on Thursday (after the Wednesday collection) and lasts until Sunday. In which case, maybe it would work again in T, like it did before - but needing to wait until M puts it onto the £12 price.
Sometimes, on the first day of offers in M, the actual SELs (which may be underneath offer labels) have not been changed in some M stores and, if the APG uses those stores, it may explain why it picks up an M full price. As I found with my own store(s), M can still be slow sometimes in updating the SELs and the 'trouble' is the APG (and TPP) work from what the SELs say. There can even be a 'half price' red bordered offer card sometimes, over the top of the SELs, but if the SEL underneath - it may affect one variety of an item or several varieties - still has the full price, the full price is what is picked up.
I got caught by the Bin Buddy bin freshener on that basis when it went on half price in M three offers ago. The SELs still had full price back then, even though the offer label was on top of them, only later in the week, when they actually altered the SELs to the half price price, did the APG then pick up the half price. This was not the case with the second offer ago, as M was showing half price from the start (on the SELs and not just the offer labels). As a result I now go even more cautious and include items if the SELs underneath them have also been changed! If there is doubt, I tend to leave it off the M list - no matter how many of you are telling me this is half price in M, Savvy you have missed this, as I have doubt as to whether it will work. This is very 'hit and miss', because, regardless of what I have in my store(s), there may be something else showing in the stores checked by the APG collectors.
This time we have the issue with the Goldenfry mixes. M may have circulated offer labelling to the stores, but only one of my stores had put it on, and the offer labelling may or may not be correct as it does not mention Dumpling Mix, even if that appears to be in the offer on m.com (and msm). Maybe the offer label is incorrect - the SELs underneath (in the one store that has put it up) give no clue as this relates to an mbuy offer so that the SELs all show full price. And, if they cannot see an offer label, as the store they check may not have put it up, then how are the APG collectors to know that this is on mbuy in M?0 -

Tempting. I would if it weren't bloomin' Coke yet again - I prefer a range of different other flavour soft drinks, such as Tango, Sprite etc. - and if I hadn't already got a full cupboard of soft drink bottles.
Not to mention the 1.75L nowadays instead of 2L:(:rotfl:. But 5p a pop (pun intended!) is not worth quibbling over that!0
