We could have spent money plaster boarding the 3 sections and painting the walls/ceilings, it is built well enough to live in to be honest. But it would be a waste of time and money.
Mr TS has painted the floor of the workshop section and that has been curing all week as it is a resin based paint. But has meant nothing has been able to be put in it yet. Which is disappointing as now he is going away it won't get done for another couple of weeks. Garden still a mess.
I decided just to get on and move my stuff in, builder reckoned a few days for the floor cement to harden but I don't want any problems so leaving it until next year. The concrete floor did get hovered for a dust free zone.0 -

Here! I didn't have a lot all summer but Im seeing a few now.
Had loads of bees this year after planting 'Bee attracting' flowers though :T:T They loved my ornamental tobacco plants. So did I! So many flowers all the way through the summer and they're still flowering now0 -
I think I caught that you were having garage built on one of my fleeting glances on here over time, but didn't realise it was finished and you can now move your stash into there! Will be so odd for you having a bathroom that is actually a bathroom :rotfl:
I am doing OK, really busy with my work for the Street Dogs of Romania, but feeling good most of the time, though caught a coughing/throat bug at moment so hoping that doesn't last
OMG yes, but I see that TS is making sure she has the first bath :rotfl:
Nearly 15 years it has been a building site since Mr TS started attacking it. :eek:
I am hoping we can get it done before xmas.
I have read about your Romania work, amazing stuff. :T Hope it's not a big nastie you have caught and you feel better soon. :A0 -

Must be frustrating after waiting so longbut it sounds like you've had a good solid job done. Many years of happy stashing
I can just see you both. Mr TS pottering around in his resin floored workshop whilst you fiddle with your stash :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Not so long ago OH and I inadvertently came accross all of our report cards from primary schoolwe had a good laugh reading them. Our mums had kept them all and we have ended up with them amongst the piles of papers and photographs we have. I also found a certificate of merit for woodwork from high school
Not sure why I picked art, think it was something to do with the "blocks" subjects were in and because of my other selections there was nothing else I could chose from in that block that wasn't a repeat. Was a total waste of my time I didn't enjoy it one bit.
I found all my certificates of merit in my mum's jewellery drawer of all places, must have been precious to her. :A
I am not sure if I kept them or not, still a lot of paperwork I have popped in corners and not looked at again yet.0 -

"one who looks and acts like a nerd but does not posses the super-natural intelligence of a nerd."
Oh I thought I had found you out!
Imposter!:eek::rotfl::rotfl:
You claimed to be a "nerd". I prefer "geek";).
Do you have Asperger's syndrome?*

Fun quiz for all!:D:D:D:DResults of your
Autism / Asperger's Screening Quiz
You scored a total of 45
Based upon your responses to this autism screening measure, it appears that you are likely suffering from an autism spectrum disorder, or Asperger's disorder. People who score similarly often qualify for a diagnosis of autism or Asperger's.
S C O R E S If you scored...
Then... 34 & up Autism likely
30 - 33 Possible autism
0 - 29 No autism
Oh:):rotfl::rotfl:.
I note not merely "possible" (anything's possible:p), but actually "likely". What - only a 66.66666666...% chance that I have an autism spectrum disorder?:cool::rotfl:
I'm still "suffering", folks:D:rotfl::j:rotfl::rotfl:.
"People who score similarly often qualify for a diagnosis of autism or Asperger's. "
I've "qualified", yayyyy.....!!!:D:D:j:j:rotfl: Well done me!:D
Now, who on earth else is brave enough to take that quiz and reveal their result, if it is in the autism spectrum range?:rotfl:
*The psychologist that referred me to my eventual diagnosis asked this question immediately he saw me. Actually, it was "Do you have autism?", but I can't gild any lily:rotfl: (and so I just had to add this bit and clarify to make it completely accurate:rotfl::o:rotfl::rotfl:). A question that, I suspect, if you went up to someone random and asked them, would be likely to cause them offence. However, to me, it seemed merely a reasonable question lol!:rotfl: (Like any enquiry is a reasonable question.)0
