Just to let others know, the Tesco returning trick does not work with MnS gift cards.
I got my £100 gc from the MnS bank switch, and thought i'd try converting it, so bought something cheap etc etc, but when I tried to return with the cash rec, when the SA scanned the receipt, it told her that I'd used part gc and part cash.

Oh well, I'll have to try selling it I suppose.

I'm in the dog house this morning with the OH
Went out after work last night and didn't get home at a reasonable enough hour. My phone was dead which I know isn't good, so he couldn't get hold of me when he woke up and realised I wasn't in. So now he's peed off with me. Thing is, he's going out tonight, will I get any phone calls to update me of his whereabouts...

Anyways now I've got that off my chest it's time to go collect DD from nursery and get some bread and milk.
