The Pantene shampoo that DeeDee mentioned yesterday worked this morning on a CC order (The conditioner wasn't reduced in my store ). I also got Pantene proV age defy shampoos and conditioners which were £2 instore but full price on the relevant websites and they also worked well. Spent around £6 in real money, used a £19 odd APG that I've been trying to klill off for weeks - and got an APG banc for around £29 !ELITE 5:2

I do cook and bake with the coconut fat a lot though.
I add STACKLOADS if the stuff to my porridge as I don't use milk
It goes super creamy and fills me up till dinnertime very easily.
If you add it to a drink, I would advise adding it to a hot drink and using a frother from ikea.
The side benefit is you will have very supple lips after you've enjoyed your brew.
Cinnamon coffee or cocoa take the coconut fat really well
Oh thank you for that, can t beat having supple lips eh David;)0 -
Good morning nice people
I am writing to my MP today to ask that the dog license be reintroduced. I think it should be brought back and at a much higher cost - say, £100 per year. All this dog poo left layng around by 'don't care dog owners', dog attacks on children and all these thousands of abandoned dogs that get rounded up and put down.
note, I still think there are more good dog owners about.0 -

I hope everyone is well, not posted for ages as I never seem to have anything of use to say, so I have been lurking!! However I thought I would try and post a link to a recipe, which we love, for thoose of you lucky enough to have a glut of pork mince, its a Nigel Slater recipe for pork polpettine http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/porkpattieswithancho_92529
Good morning elite & lurkers.
Just popped in to thank Perranlady for the link. I tried this last night. If anyone is hesitating - it's absolutely delicious. Luscious porky marvellousness! Some on here have both the anchovies and the pork.....
Hope the day is kind to everyone.arghhh!!!0 -
Just experienced my first ever trouting, in A, trying to use a £1 off Bold Gel safe coupon (on offer at £4 at A and T):
Trout: "We don't accept these."
Me: "It doesn't say that in the terms and conditions on your website"
Trout: "We had loads of trouble with these so we have been told not to accept them any more." Calls over to her neighbour: "Do we accept these coupons?"
Trout's neighbour: "No, we had loads of trouble with them so we don't accept them any more".
Trout: "And she would know because she works in the cash office".
Me: "Well I don't want the Bold then". Bold is voided from transaction. I immediately kick myself when I realise that I now only have 7 items in my trolley and APG is now ruined.
Trout calls for supervisor. Supervisor comes over after 5 minutes.
Trout: "Do we accept these coupons?"
Supervisor: "Yes."
Bold is added back on to transaction. :T
Are they within their rights to refuse coupons even if it says they accept them in their T&C?0 -
