Good value...I look for around £2 per 100g this is better!

    Good Morning everyone :D

This coconut oil was the exact one I bought yesterday. Iceland have moved to a bigger store and saw a four pack of diced fruit for smoothies with papaya mango etc. Well I put a pack in the blender with lactofree milk and a generous dollop of this oil and .....yuk it was disgusting lol. I don't know if it was the oil or the fruit or the fact I did it with milk not juice. I mean strawberries are nice with milk aren t they lol.

Anyone got a good suggestion for a smoothie and how much oil I need to put in please ? I try not to eat banana. As I was contemplating drinking this stuff the oil rested at the bottom for about an inch._pale_

I've never added oil to a smoothie as it doesn't seem to emulsify well unless you add the starchy banana (technically, I juice more than blend as we bought an elite star juicer with a tax rebate).

I do cook and bake with the coconut fat a lot though.

I add STACKLOADS if the stuff to my porridge as I don't use milk

It goes super creamy and fills me up till dinnertime very easily.

If you add it to a drink, I would advise adding it to a hot drink and using a frother from ikea.

The side benefit is you will have very supple lips after you've enjoyed your brew.

Cinnamon coffee or cocoa take the coconut fat really well :)

Morning tweets are you beginning to feel a bit better today.

    Morning Nannylala :hello:

I have only blown my nose once since I got up :j:j:j

But wasn't going to mention this after all the other peeps it seems insignificant if that correct word.

Poppy came in from front garden last night limping :(
Gardener been Monday and cut privets so I am wondering if she got a splinter in her paw :(

Trouble is Poppy wont let you touch her paws /legs :(
Last night she slept on the floor because she couldn't jump on the bed and when I went near her she thought I was going to touch her paw when I was going to lift her onto the bed.

She got up and down stairs.

This morning she stayed in her bed.

We have been a short walk and she did put her paw down so I am hoping when I come home she's tried to clean her paw and made it better.

    Good morning nice people :)

I am writing to my MP today to ask that the dog license be reintroduced. I think it should be brought back and at a much higher cost - say, £100 per year. All this dog poo left layng around by 'don't care dog owners', dog attacks on children and all these thousands of abandoned dogs that get rounded up and put down.

I actually have the last dog licence I bought many years ago

And the cost was 7/6 shilling I think
