Assuming they did have insurance then what is the purpose of all these generous donations, and what will be done with the money?

I hit a bird with my car last night I knew I was going to hit something on that road at some point, I've seen all sorts of road kill on the sides. I hope whatever it was died quickly

I am writing to my MP today to ask that the dog license be reintroduced. I think it should be brought back and at a much higher cost - say, £100 per year. All this dog poo left layng around by 'don't care dog owners', dog attacks on children and all these thousands of abandoned dogs that get rounded up and put down.
