    :wave:Morning

Hope all's well. I love coconut in all its forms :D haven't cooked with it for a long time, but maybe I should start again

Our oil boiler keeps switching itself onto 'twice' - anyone else come across this before? We though it was doing it when the power was cut, but this theory hasn't panning out. Bit of a waste of oil, it's expensive stuff!

Home alone for a few weeks so doing my own thing & have slept in :D

Booked a haircut for 11am to have the 'lump' removed/thinned out on top of my head :o

When I won the free haircut that hairdresser said the first layer could not be shorter than my fringe :(

So I've tolerated the lump thinking I'll try & grow it again ...

    Happy Wednesday ♥

    Scott & Bailey tonight :j:j:j

OOhh, thanks for reminding me, havnt watched last weeks, after I recorded it, will watch later.

well the postie has brought the O2 card which is good as I can now join in the weekly freebie games :j

Except I have not got a clue what to do with it.

OHs old iphone is on the desk - I use it only for OHs Shopotize as his Galaxy is unstable.
This iphone does not have a sim in it as its on OHs Galaxy - on EE.

can I put this )2 sim into the old iphone - I cant even see how you get into the thing.
When I do manage to put it into something what happens next?

I am hoping to have it figured out before OH gets home - he thinks amongst eldest sons stuff in the loft is a new phone and I really don't want OH going into the loft - he will come down complaining about how much stuff it up there and how we need to sort it (ie me on my own with no help even though about 90% of stuff is not mine, aside from Christmas decorations) :D

    S's compares with - A's and T's
Comparison prices are taken from A.com and T.com
Only one comparable branded product needs to be bought (i.e. any Sainsbury's branded product is a safe filler)
You need to buy any ten different items
Maximum of 10 of the same product
Voucher given at till (even self service tills) but only at some CS tills
Voucher back capped at £10, can be used immediately
If you want to check/query how your bm was calculated then click here the following day

you need a minimum of 10 items - I get the few brande things I need plus fillers eg anything own brand or banana, onions, garlic bread.

They then match your shopping against either asda or Tesco so you have to make sure all of your basket is cheaper in T or A but not a mix.

Does anyone know if Tosco should accept the £5 off £40 at ALD1 voucher that is apparently in tomorrow's Daily Mirror ? :money:

I don't think I've seen giftcards in ALD1 so I wonder if they would be mentioned in the terms and conds on the voucher.

JJ's experience tends to back up the theory that "you need to eat fat to lose fat"

    Good post!!! :T

Yep, you mentioned animal fats... I bake with lard ALL the time. I use packs n packs of pastured butter (anchor and kerrygold pasture raise their cattle).

I fly in the face of saturated fats being bad for you.

    So very not true.

Loads of scientific studies have debunked that theory but it is still demonised by commercials and the medical profession.

Just for the record, I'm a size 6-8 (NOT by choice, I hasten to add!!!) and I eat more calories than the average man. :)
