oh dear, a poor day for flying...

been in work today, extremely busy and slightly depressing day, 6 hours straight through with barely a break, not helped by a very disturbed night with the smallest little person :(

washing done but not hung out

6 kids in house after school has left me exhausted and the place a tip. I'm currently ignoring the fact that the remaining 3 need washing and putting to bed and hoping that they will somehow do themselves :rotfl:

might make myself a strong coffee and power on through. Wish me luck.

have just realised that due to torrential weeing from the middlest small person over the last few days, I might have run out of bed linen for him tonight.... ooops.....

  • Not much flying and not much lurking today:

Young skints slung in bath first thing and a quick S&S in main bathroom. DS taken to and from school, quick pop into Ald! for disposables a few bits and bobs......came home and slept for 2 hours.

De-gibbled DD4's floor, but to be fair it wasn't too bad and she "helped"

ExMil and DD3 have kept young Skints in food and drink, so I am limited to Daisy duty mainly for comfort.

Played the musical money merry go round, dropped saving s/o down to a penny each annually so the details are still on the system, they were dropped back to £1 a month a few years back so there was a selection of emergency £10's on a passbook when needed.

Going to do roadkill pot for DS's treats......if he wants magazines he will have to save for them or have a quick hit with a 10p bag of sweets instead.

Right time for some R&R while painkillers kick in again, and then some more sleep

Catch up tomorrow with Fred, hugs sticks and spoons in the jar, help yourselves
The cold never bothered me anyway

Oh dear. DS' wanderlust ted has gone walkabout again :( he's been placated with a different ted but is not in good humour about it. He said he took it to school  which is not allowed. We've searched the house, and called MIL in case he was a stowaway in her car. The only think we can think is that he got left at nursery. DS gave him to MIL as he didn't want his friend to see he had brought ted :p and MIL can't remember bringing him home.
Both have been reminded this is why mean mummy insists on comforters being kept indoors. Honestly that ted disappears all the blinkin time and turns up in the strangest places...
I will search nursery in the morning. Please send finding vibes - I don't know what we'd do if he was gone for good. MIL feels awful.

So, after the search I CBA making supper for myself, so have had half a leftover complan from last week :o in a glass of milk. Ridiculous sugar amounts but good for vitamins.

Wash been done, including DD school top with blue paint on, saw a tip on here to rub sugar and WUL into the paint, although in my head it was salt, but it still worked. Lol. Other than that I just tidied round after kiddies had their supper.

I'm still looking at the floordrobe here but I really think the main bathroom needs urgent attention  so will tend to that first...
