    Chatted to Mum, got her shopping list.

    Lunch now and I'll put the washing on the line then I'll go to town and get Mum's shopping, I'm not a natural carer!

    My HHSomething overran a bit, but I have
    - made, cooked and blitzed soup
    - made a phonecall (no joy there)
    - cleared 2!!! :mad: molehills
    - mown the lawn
    - hung out WMx2
    - printed off a shopping list

    Now to eat soup - I'm hungry!

    Will catch up with all again later.

    GWS vibes Mumto5 and DD2. Hope the rest don't get it!

    OK home from paid employment and the house is a mess. Yes the builders are still working in the kitchen (but no progress there today) but thats no excuse to let the house slide into complete filth!

    So, I reckon I have 8 hours from now till bed-time. I want to make a big pot of braised red cabbage to go with the steak and kidney pudding thats in the slow cooker. Bathroom, landing and bedrooms are desperate for attention.

    Oh and the dog needs walking and I really should do some paid work.

    Best get moving then!

    Dogs have had two long walks now today and I have hoovered and mopped through. Last of washing drying on line. Just having a cuppa, will have a read of the paper then get out in the garden.
    Spend less now, work less later.

    someones just been filled their boot and backseat area of their car with the chopped wood id offered on free cycle

    Had a sneaky potter in the backgarden and the wheelie is now full.

    Just having a snack whilst waiting for DS3 to get home then off to Mum's again.

    Well I left the house at 6am and I've just got in <yawn> I'm sure that place is bad for my health ;) my head feel a little clearer now I'm out of there.

    Just popped home for a peaceful snack, will go collect the babes in a mo.

    Went to sample the TU sale but other than some socks for DD there was nothing I wanted. No thermal vests in yet, and nothing that will go with the rather trendy mustard colour skinny jeans that MIL has bought for DS. They didn't even have the daily mail left!

    Next stop WHSmith, to see if they have any Lego left from yesterday, and to ask for today's paper. He said yesterday was all gone but gave me today's without buying the paper :D what a nice man, and a little form to send of for the one we missed.

    Then looked in M&S at thermal vests but didn't like them (or the price!) so I've left it for now.

    Right, I'll go stick some food together then collect my babes...

    Must stick a wash on too...

    I've done everything from my list (although the garden is never ending) but nothing from the official lists. I plan to spend a couple of hours before the paid stuff tomorrow doing the LR.
