    Barclays don't require notice if you intend to use a debit card overseas:

    The OP isnt thinking they do, they were worried that Barclays counter fraud will contact them via mobile if they are concerned but the OPs mobile number is incorrect and they say they cannot change it without PIN Sentry online or Password over the phone and they've lost both

    ...and as I've already pointed out, the OP can change the phone no. online, and the Pinsentry is not an absolute requirement to log in online, there are other options.
    The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
