Hi,
Had a couple of small spends yesterday which were unbudgeted:
£8 for printer ink. I feel like I have only just bought the last ones!
£1 for a vegetable peeler as mine has gone walkies somewhere and hasn't been seen for weeks.
Sent off another form to student loans company so hope to hear from them soon regarding my childcare grant.
Weight: still not checked
Had school sports for DD1 today so was running round like a headless chicken this morning so didn't get to do anything else really.
My savings balance is now at £323.88/£500 thanks to my PADs.
OH decided one of his bikes needed parts yesterday but they have come out of his budgeted funds so budget still on track at the moment!Total Debt:

Well turns out I had only just bought the last ones. I found the black ink in the cupboard - I had only changed the coloured ink in the printer  Not sure whether to return it or keep it as I will need it in the not so distant future......
A PAD of £29.51 made today but OH just told me that his bike needs an other £90 worth of parts that he's ordered and need paying for tomorrow......don't think he has that in his fund.........
Bloody bike needs something all the time....Total Debt:

Feeling strange today. Normally you would expect people to dread the postman incase they bring bills but I WANT him to bring me a bill!
Been waiting for 2 weeks for a bill I know will be coming and I'm being sooooo impatient! I just want it here so that I can make a payment plan for it and update my YNAB!
Feels weird haha
Postman still didn't bring it though
Hope for Monday I guess  Total Debt:

Tries those microwavable burgers today. I know not exactly MSE but the kids like to get takeout burgers from the kebab shop at £4 each! Thought we'd try them to see if we could have them instead.
They're OK...... not amazing but would do at a push if we're in a hurry. Taste a bit like mcd***lds burgers- a bit dry but fill a hole I guess.
Do you think it's possible to make something at home that you could keep and microwave like that?Total Debt:

Well called Housing benefit department as still not heard from them about my recalculation and they have a huge backlog and was told it would probably take another 2 weeks to get to my case

wouldn't mind so much if my housing benefit wasn't suspended while they review it so that I don't get an overpayment situation. Rent still needs paying in the meantime mind! Trying my best to pay it in full each week so that they don't start playing the arrears card with me. Not their fault I guess but it doesn't stop me feeling impatient though.:rotfl:
Will have to dip into my emergency fund to pay the rent if it doesn't get done by the end of the month
Budget is somehow on track as it stands today anyway.
Weight today was 11stone 4 lbs exactly and a size 14 so my clothes keep telling me. I don't want to be skinny as I don't think that's me but a proper size 12 and as a 1st goal under 11 stone. I know it sound like a stupidly little amount to lose but I loooooove my food it makes me so snappy if I'm hungry!
Not had any good days this week with food- no bad ones either but regular I guess which won't shift any fat will it!
less eating=less shopping bill=more spare money=less debts??
think it would work ? lol :cool:Total Debt:

Another student finance letter sent off today. plenty more to do- they're never ending if seems!
Didn't have a takeaway last weekend either. We said we'd have one during the week instead but so far we haven't had one! Even of we have one this weekend I won't feel bad as we'll have been 2 weeks without one.
Didn't get a chance to get to the library to take books back so did the lazy thing and renewed them online.....:T
Took 2 of the children for an eye test. Confirmed that my DS has colour vision problems. But turns out that it's my DD1 that will be getting glasses and to be honest I only took her as she's never had one! Doesn't need them all the time though. Turns out she's short sighted in one eye and long sighted in the other! She looks so cute in the glasses she's picked and she's a bit chuffed to get them I have to say. 2 pairs of glasses from speccy savers and no cost! bargain
Littlewoods debt no down to only £12.74!!!! Going to try and pay that off tomorrow if I can. (crossed fingers)
Savings are at £500 so not going to top that up any more.
Also have a misc account for the non monthly payments but not emergency things that happen such as xmas/birthdays/swimming lessons etc and this is also currently at £500 so not adding to that either any more. This account might fluctuate a bit when I have to use it.
I don't actually have a set amount to put in these every month but what I do if they need topping up I use my PADs towards these to get them back to level before moving back to the debts. I find this method works for me so for now I'll stick to it.

Had a letter from my loan company today offering to top up my loan and keep a similar payment! No thanks! Letter went straight in the bin!
Interest was added to my cc today so the balance went up a little
Have been PADing to that card so thankfully they actually covered the interest with £2 over. :jTotal Debt:

Well next months budget is looking extremely tight unfortunately. If i put in all the things I need to pay for in the amounts I would like then we are overbudget

Will have to cut back as much as we can this month.
Never mind we'll do it. As long as my debt doesn't go up at all then I'll be happy :jTotal Debt:
