  • Thank you guys for the welcome!

    Planning on figuring out the Christmas budget tomorrow so that I can only spend what I've got which will mean no extra post Christmas debt.

    So many great threads on here with inspiration stories really will not let my debt increase. So many people on here can do it so there's really no excuse for me not to.

    Miss Laura You're right I know that once its all written down here it's going to help. You guys are now my peers and mentors and I know that I can do it as long as I stick with you.

    Still have a couple of balances to check on so not ready to post my total yet as I want to make sure it's accurate from the start.
    On the plus side all I bought today was yellow stickered bread to fill the freezer with. 10p per loaf and 9p for packets of rolls!! Must have looked like a right bread addict!:eek:

    Well done for getting it all written out. :beer:

    I think most of us have gotten into further levels of debt through blissful ignorance.

    At this point, being totally aware to the pence of every single debt will help you to keep a reign them, start chipping away at them and to avoid any mishaps.

    You can totally do this. :j

    Went to put petrol in the car this morning but only put £10 in it until I can get to a Tesco garage so that I can use my fuel money off per litre points.

    To Do:
    * [STRIKE]Water/Oil in car[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Packed lunch for OH[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Find DD's swimming clothes[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]Find something for tea[/STRIKE]
    * DS nursery paperwork
    * OU paperwork
    * [STRIKE]Buy some windscreen wash[/STRIKE] done and topped up
    Extra
    * [STRIKE]2 lots of random paperwork[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]2 loads of drying[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]put some of the mountain of washing away[/STRIKE]
    Flylady
    * [STRIKE]2 min hotspot[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]shine your sink[/STRIKE]

    As you can probably tell I follow some of flyladys routines. Not all the time nor to the letter but sometimes I think it helps for me to find the time to do some housework without looking at the mess and thinking "nah leave it until tomorrow". We all know Tesco's motto right? x

    Nothing to report money wise yesterday really. Did spend but within the allocated budgeted amounts. Won't really know what I have to throw at my debts until the end of the month. Hate waiting thought so I might join the payment a day thread for the instant gratification ! ;)

    Well nothing much got done today to be honest. Joined the TTC and the PAD threads and made my first PAD - the first of many !

    Kick up the bum for tomorrow as I've got a few places I need to go.
